Monsieur Ibrahim (R)
With Paris as a backdrop during the transitional 1960s, an unlikely friendship develops between Ibrahim (Omar Sharif), an elderly Turkish deli owner and Moises, a Jewish teenager (Pierre Boulanger). A father/ son relationship develops as Ibrahim teaches Moises the difference between being Arab and Muslim and imparts advice about life, love and happiness.

In 1193 B.C., a Trojan prince (Orlando Bloom) steals Helen of Sparta (Diane Kruger) away from her husband Menalaus (Brendan Gleeson). Menalaus and his brother (Brian Cox) launch a war for vengeance against Troy during which the Greeks lay siege to Troy for more than ten years. Achilles (Brad Pitt), the Greek's greatest warrior, is matched against Hector (Eric Bana), defender of Troy. Wolfgang Petersen directs this adaptation of Homer's The Iliad, which also stars, Peter O'Toole, Sean Bean and Julie Christie.
