Perhaps the closest thing to a full orchestra in a single instrument, the organ has an ethereal majesty capable of stirring the souls of even the most devout materialists. Sure to be one of the great classical music events of the year, internationally renowned organist Johannes Unger will light up the pipes in a free concert at Shove Chapel this Tuesday night. Winner of the St. Albans International Organ Competition in 2001, the 12th International J.S. Bach Competition in Leipzig in 2000, and the Organ Competition in Odense Denmark in 1998, the East Germanborn Unger will undoubtedly part the heavens for us. By the way, this maestro's only 26 years old!

Hah! Similarly, one, if famous, should not die in December, as all those who passed…
