It's heartwarming to see brothers getting along so well. The three Andersons that make up Colorado Springs' own Nerdbomb are not content with just being a pretty boy band, mindlessly rocking out on a weekly basis with their Hanson brothers good looks. In fact, Nerdbombers Kirk (guitar/vocals), Eel (bass), and Bruce (drums) are dedicated to bestowing good music on the masses, all while donning leopard-print fezzes. The band functions as the house band for Tony's, a downtown haven for displaced fans of the Packers and Pabst Blue Ribbon beer. Nerdbomb plays mostly bar-band party covers, managing to pull off a raucous Tenacious D tune without a hitch. Never ones to affect rock-star boredom, they lead bar-goers in various drinking chants, including the oft-recited "1, 2, 3 ... Drinkskiipoos!" Attention ladies: The lads all work at Tony's as well, proving time and again that they got mad domestic skillz. That is, if "domestic" includes pouring beer and frying up delicious cheese curds.
