Cabin fever's spreading, spring is around the corner, and it's Mardi Gras season. Those blowout nights on the town are becoming lengthier and closer together.

    Is drinking over-emphasized socially? What's overboard is liquor enforcement. It's getting to where you can't have a couple beers without having to worry about getting arrested.
