The restaurant's executive chef and owner of 11 years, Robert Wooldridge, will sell this week to former The Famous partner Tom Lazaron. Wooldridge says he's taking a break from the business to enter Web site building and interior decorating locally.
"It's like having a child," he says. "I want to leave the restaurant in good hands."
Assures Lazaron, a 30-year restauranteur inheriting a veteran staff: "The only change is a different face."
