The Bar Scene 

We could use an institution like the English pub, a gathering spot for good fellowship and sapient colloquy (or "friendly talk"). Revel in the array of multifarious drinking establishments the Springs has to offer, using the Independent's second annual Drink guide, found in the center of this issue, for inspiration.

    Whats wrong with the Springs bar scene? Its too transitory, bars disappearing, changing names. I like places that have been around a while.
