Google "Chuck Asay," and you'll find lines such as "batshit rightwing cartoonist." Meanwhile, writer Terry Marshall seems to have no problem being called a "bleeding heart liberal activist." The two "polar opposites," as described on Marshall's website, have collaborated on a novel, Soda Springs: Love, Sex and Civil Rights? and will discuss their partnership and other seemingly controversial issues from 5 to 8 tonight in the free talk "When Cultures Collide," at CC's Gates Common Room (1025 N.
