Re: “Egg & I

As the subject of a sentence, it would be "Egg and I" (as in, "the Egg and I went to dinner); if an object or following a preposition, it would be "Egg and me" (respectively, "You took the Egg and me to dinner" and "Give dinner to the Egg and me"). As the name of a restaurant, presumably the subject mode would be preferable (as in "The Egg and I gave our name to this restaurant" or "The name of this restaurant is The Egg and I"). Okay, well, you asked!

Re: “Egg & I

Should it be the egg and me? Just wondering the context for the name...drives me batty.

Re: “Egg & I

Just tried this restaurant for the first time. Great food, good prices, and exceptional customer service. We will definitely be repeat customers.

Re: “IHOP

We arrived just before 6 am on Friday; there appeared to be just a single employee, who not only opened the door ten minutes late, she proceeded to seat just the first group of diners before disappearing into the back. No eye contact, no "I'll be right with you," nothing but silent contempt. Since she made it clear, on behalf of her business, that iHop cares nothing for our business, we left and won't ever go back.

Re: “Jun Japanese Restaurant - Centennial

We tried Jun several times. The food was OK, not great, and the service was horrific. Go to Ai, just down the road. Better food, nice people.

Re: “Trinity Brewing

Beer is good but service usually really sucks. I avoid the overpriced food and the owner. I do like the diverse guest tap offerings but they too are overpriced. Have a couple cold Flos and go down the road to more friendly people.

Re: “Provecho

This place is unclean, the food undercooked, the preparation uneven (meaning the ingredients are not appropriately spread around the crust...the sauce is simply ketchup from a squirt bottle, and the help has never held a job before and will probably turn over before the week is out.

Re: “Jun Japanese Restaurant - Centennial

You need to go there when you are not hungry just to watch how awful the wait staff is...carry out has its own set of waits involved.

Jun needs to take care of this because it is hurting his business...we often think about going there, and then decide we don't want to be frustrated and have our evening upset by incompetence and insolence.

Re: “Jun Japanese Restaurant - Centennial

What a horrible experience. We came for Sushi after a fun day at the pool with our friends. Our friends had an 8 month old child with them and it was like we were putting them out by having her with us. We were seated and completely ignored. We waited 20 minutes for water!! I finally had to get up and ask the hostess for someone to come to our table to take our drink order, after that it was another ten minutes before someone finally came. When we finally were able to place our order, it was like we were asking too many questions and annoying the waitress. It was another 25 minute wait for our food to arrive and the order was incomplete. We had also asked for some hot water so that we could make the baby a bottle and our waitress completely forgot about it! And it is not like we ordered the least expensive things on the menu, in fact two of us ordered the most expensive meals they offer. Our money spends the same regardless of whether we have a child with us or not. The little girl was an angle throughout the entire, nearly 2 hour, ordeal and did not cause any disruptions or annoyances to other customers. It was as bad a performance as I have ever seen at a restaurant and I would caution to stay away!!!

Re: “Trinity Brewing

Trinity has great beers! and the guest taps are bar none. However, the owner is not a very great guy, I have seen him stumbling drunk in the bar harassing other patrons and kicking people out that have done no wrong. He will try to pick fights with others who aren't in 100% compliance with his philosophy on beer. I have brought a lot of friends here and have never been so disappointed in an owner and a business. I really LOVED this brewery but the lack of professionalism and poor service from the bar staff has stopped me from coming here.

Re: “Borriello Brothers - Power Center

The cheese on this pizza tastes like plastic. Also, this restaurant (at any of their locations) has some of the worst customer service I've ever seen. They act like they are doing you a favor to condescend to take your order.

Re: “Borriello Brothers - Power Center

My husband used to live on the east coast, this was the closest to NY pizza that he's seen in Colorado. The staff was great, pizza hot and tasty and the cannolis (especially the chocolate ones) are to die for!!!

Re: “China Town

A little worn from the years...but it has been exactly like it is for 30 years...the food has never varied and is classic American tempered Chinese...and very inexpensive. It is the perfect match of expectation and result.

Re: “China Town

Excellent food, wonderful service! A very nice touch was they gave us a warm towel to wash your hands. Took my Aunt here for a very nice quiet lunch around 1:30pm on a Wednesday. We both found our meals to be superb. The servers were very attentive but not hovering. There were several other tables present when we arrived and several more came in as we finished. They were setting up for dinner, changing over to linen table cloths and napkins. In my opinion it would be a nice romantic dinner place. I would also like to mention when I requested chop sticks I was not given the wooden throw away kind, I was handed a nice, balanced pair of chop sticks. Wonderful experience.

Re: “Borriello Brothers - Power Center

It's an insult to refer the pizza to NY style? You have a blend of the lowest quality GMO cheese, our pizza pie cheese didn't even melt. Never again..

Re: “Carey-On Saloon

I love this bar! My meet my husband here a year ago. The owner is awesome and make everyone feel welcome. She allowed my husband and I to get married at the bar. We always feel welcome and love the live bands that they have every Friday night.

Re: “My Big Fat Greek Restaurant

It is like these people went out to a movie once upon a time and never got over it...and a bad movie it was, almost as bad as this stupid microwave fantasy land hole.
