ok the drinks are way over priced i payed 8 bucks for a drink i usually pay 4 at other down town bars also i used my debit card and the pinged my account for 50 dollars and left it pending for 6 days still pending as i said i only bought one drink for 8 bucks and they have a pending balance in my bank account for 50 that is insane

If it was possible to give zero stars I would have. To say that the owner is rude is the understatement of 2010. He was the rudest, most unprofessional hostile and ill tempered man that I have had the unfortunate occurrence of running into. Part of running a business means public relations and while I think the chef gets away with bad behavior under the guise of that "diner experience". The food quality is absolutely sub par save for the Green Chili. The burrito I ordered was badly cooked, dry and tasted like garbage. The restrooms were filthy and the employees attitude went beyond the diner charisma. Caveat Emptor - You will get better food quality, service and attitude at the Taco Bell 2 blocks down.

I seriously can't believe the Indy gave this a Best Of....

The first time I went there the food, drinks and service were amazing. That was over a year ago and since then it has gone progressively downhill. The waitresses get orders wrong and bring cold food. You are lucky if you see one of the waitresses every hour or so. I am not going back again.

I went to Bhan Thai for lunch, ordered shrimp and chicken pad thai and went to sit and wait. It took FOREVER. I got my food before my iced thai tea (that I had to remind the cashier about) and it smelled like friskes cat food. I was immediately put off, but tried it anyway, and was very disappointed. I only ate a few bites and my stomach was upset for the rest of the day. The shrimp was dry and wasnt deveined. I will NEVER go back there.

The 8th Street location is the worst!!! The first time we ordered from there we ordered a Margarita Pizza and had it delivered. We were told it would be 45 minutes delivery time. We were called at 45 minutes and informed they were behind and it would be another 15 minutes. The pizza actually arrived one hour after that phone call. And we didn't receive a Margarita Pizza, it was a CHEESE PIZZA!!! Plus it was cold. I called the manager and was told I would receive a free 18" Margarita Pizza the next time I called in. We gave them another shot about 30 days later and it took them over a hour and 10 minutes to deliver when we were told it would be 45 minutes and the pizza was cold again!!! At least the pizza resembled a Margarita Pizza a little. We will NEVER eat there again and have told all of our friends about this. We will stick with Papa Murphy's from now on.

They serve absolute garbage in there. I would never ever waste my time or money there again... ever! The only positive thing I can say is they do sit you at a table, in chairs. Although I'm surprised they don't just toss the "Food" on the floor to complete the presentation.

If you want a manager to say FUCK YOU and that you are a BITCH go to Borriello Brothers New York Pizza. These are the most uncouth people I have ever met. Better off at Papa Murphy's or Domino's the management won't even give you a call back after 8 phone calls to them. My $60-$100 a month well spent somewhere else. They don't care about their business because they have so many locations bringing in the $. Hope they fail sooner than later.

I went here and spent about $40 on drinks. When I payed with a credit card they asked to see my driver's licence and wrote down all my personal information on the credit card receipt along with my credit card number. The next day my crdit card company was calling me with a questionable charge on my card for $1000 dollars!!! Do not go to this place unless you want to be robed

The service the night we went was OK. We had to wait, it was busy. Lost our appetizers, they had to comp them. I ordered a burger medium. It was hockey puck hard, not well done, over done for any one. This is what happens when you take short cuts and serve frozen meat. $10-$12 for frozen burgers, never again. Only six beers. ?? The two I had were less than impressive, actually bad. I stopped drinking. A friend ordered a salad. Dead bone dry flavorless chicken on top of one green and even less dressing. Several others ordered fish and chips. Most of it went right into the trash!! Gummy, improperly cooked. We had a large group. Many different palettes that night and ALL unanimously agreed this was our last visit. BTW what kind of service locations website offers no way to offer customers a way to provide feedback? One that doesn't listen........ This really gets 0 stars

Made a reservation for 7:00pm got there at 6:55 and was told it will take 15 minutes. Waited 50 minutes with no updates and was not offered any drinks while waiting. We only saw the host three times for just a few seconds during our 50 minute wait to inform other people of a 15 minute wait. We left after 50 minutes. Terrible handling of reservations and waiting customers.
