In Dec. of 2014 I was diagnosed with terminal cancer at the age of 39. The doctors could give me no hope. I did have chemo and radiation, the doctors thought that could prolong my life for a little while. In March of 2015 I had surgery, thats when they found that the cancer had spread to my lymp nodes in my right hip area and couldn't get it all with the surgery. Now it looked like 3-6 months is all I would live. It was a very aggressive form of colorectal cancer.
While searching through the internet i saw lots of testimonies about how people called cured of cancer with the help of cannabis oil, so i had to try if i could get cured and still say my own testimony. I saw this email email@example.com and contacted them in hope of getting the oil and it was delivered to me after taking the oil as prescribed i went for more test and found out that most of the cancer cells were dead and i want everyone to know that am perfectly fine and happy with my family.
DON'T IGNORE THIS, SOME ONE YOU KNOW MIGHT NEED IT PLEASE.
A great testimony I must share to all cancer patients in the world. My husband was diagnosed with stage 4 primary liver cancer in March 2014, doctor told us there was not much to be done since the tumor was 7 inches covering his lower lobe and also had spread to his lymph nodes, We decided to go home and called hospice which gave us morphine for pain, Ed hated the morphine which made him vomit and also affected his mind. After one week at home we decided to do what we have done for many years, rely on ourselves. We were only in Hospital for 3 days with severe Pain, the cancer had blocked his bile duct, after that we choose a Naturalist doctor and have not had conventional treatments.
One day i came across the use of cannabis oil for treatment of cancer and i saw a post on how a cancer patient was cured with cannabis oil. I urgently needed help and i contacted the email :(firstname.lastname@example.org) to get the cannabis oil, i was given instructional guide on how to use it. After taking a gram of oil per day, Within a couple of weeks his pain and swollen stomach disappeared and with it came hope and a good quality of life,we did it without
undergoing surgery or and other physical medical pains.
We never saw an oncologist and only have done a blood test after the first diagnose CT scan. His tumor marker went from over
6000 to normal and he is feeling well. We don’t know how this is going to play out, but enjoy every day and give thanks to God. As i am writing this post, my husband is free from liver cancer and the doctor confirmed that the cancer is gone. For immediate assistance on every medical issue you and your family may be experiencing, contact Dr Rick via email: (email@example.com) for more information and the delivery process.
This cannabis oil have healed over 5000 people with different types and stages of cancer.
Farmers markets have long been geared toward white people with money (Whole Foods shoppers, Prius drivers, mate drinkers, yoga mat toters, etc.)
Are you kidding me? Nat, your bias and stereotypes are showing. This isn't a news article, it's an opinion piece. There's a huge difference in case you hadn't noticed. Shame on you.
As Brian mentioned the proposed changes only affect 1.4 miles of bus route 9 & 19 that pass through a historic residential neighborhood. There are 4 lightly used bus stops on this stretch of N. Nevada. The rest of the route and stops on Nevada between UCCS and Downtown will not be affected by this change and will maintain their 15 minute service. For more information on the ONEN Bus Plan, please visit this website: http://oldnorthend.org/mmt-releases-propos…
It does a much better job of explaining the concerns of ONEN neighbors and the proposed solution to the problem.
There is also a blog with several posts that further detail the extensive process that was used to arrive at the ONEN solution: http://oldnorthend.org/transit-committee-b…
(Carter Payne Event Center/Green Man Taproom) at 320 S. Weber St.
Did I miss where it is located?
This article has several factual errors. Here are just a few: 1) The previous route on Wahsatch was 60 minutes, not 30 minutes; 2) The reasons given why ONEN objects to the plan are not correct; 3) Some elderly and people with disabilities are negatively affected by moving the bus route away from the amenities on Wahsatch Avenue. Some people have to resort to stealing grocery carts or take a cab. Why isn't the Independence Center concerned for the people they are supposed to be protecting? 4) The main reasons listed on the ONEN website are safety issues of placing buses on an overloaded residential street, and that doing so violates the ONEN Master Plan and City Ordinance intended to respect our residential streets.
The ONEN Bus Plan, which keeps a direct bus down Cascade while returning a local bus down Wahsatch, improves the bus system for people who need to reach the local amenities while maintaining a 15-minute bus service to points north and south. Most of all, it respects that Nevada is already busy and dangerous enough without adding buses to the equation. 15 minute service is only lost for the 1.4-mile stretch through the residential area.
15-minute service is an attempt to attract choice riders at the expense of conveniences for those who need the bus to survive. ONEN is not against 15-minute service, but it does not work through our neighborhood because it keeps the bus away from local amenities and makes an already deadly residential street even more dangerous. There have been four fatalities in the last 4 years on the 1.4-mile stretch of Nevada Avenue through ONEN. We think the City should be making this residential street (that passes 1/2 block from Steele Elementary) safer. There has already been one bus-related accident on Nevada in the 2nd month of service.
I am the ONEN Transit Committee Chair. If you are willing to reprint this article as an objective piece of journalism, please contact me to get the facts. Readers should know that this is an editorial piece and only tells one side of the story.
Colorado College should exert some humanitarian and egalitarian ideals on their runaway Pop/NPR/Corporate media outlet. The last thing Colorado Springs needs is another PEAK-FM. If this GM and her happy sycophants want another pop megastation, they should quit KRCC and apply at the Peak and quit ruining public radio.
Glad to know that this is a 'step one' location. I've been a bit bummed by the reduction in scope from the original plans. Bring it on CSPM! Let's get this thing going!
I'm 21 do I qualify for urban peak youth?
I rec'd notice in property transaction section of Denver Business Journal where the Cathedral Pines Homeowners Ass. was in foreclosure and brought by a Developer 4 Days before Black Forest fire started. Candidate Tom Reynolds House District 19 resident for 40 years and counting.
No big deal. This is all free money. Comes from the taxpayers.
Building more parking downtown, regardless of who pays for it, is a step backwards - any funding spent on a new garage would be better off invested in making it easier for people to reach downtown without having to get into a car first.
Shouldn't the cost of a garage for the Olympic Museum be included in the building costs of the Olympic Museum? If not, it must not be needed.
This sounds a lot like the city paying to build Nor'wood a garage for their building, but selling it to voters as being necessary for the Olympic museum.
The Jenkins family has their handout again. Colorado Springs biggest welfare recipients. Sad to know we will be seeing more Norwood style cheesy development.
Private meetings between the mayor, the chief of staff, and any member of the city administration with any member of the development community should be subject to the same 'Open Meetings' act that city council meetings must adhere too with the added provision that these city-developer meetings should pertain to 'two or more present' as opposed to the 'three or more' for council.
With that, there could conceivably be some degree of 'open and transparent' government.
And it continues...what Jenkins wants with public funds, he will get. The parking enterprise can incur debt under TABOR with simply a vote of City Council. According to what the City liars proposed to the State for "City for Champions"(Jenkins headed up that proposal), local public funds would pay for this structure to support the museum and the Stadium (90% of which would be funded by City and El Paso County sales taxes). The cost: over $70 million, with interest costs on the debt. Whether it's funded by increased parking rates or increased hours of parking or by siphoning City tax revenues that would otherwise be used for roads and parks through the Urban Renewal Authority...one way or another it will be citizens paying the bills to benefit Nor'wood once again.
Like other great deals for developers, there will be a coordinated "public education campaign" with the City's PR machine that will sell it as a win-win for citizens.
When people like Jenkins use the term "a public, nonprofit and private partnership..." citizens should translate that to "public cost and risk and private profit." The existing "public/ private partnership" with Nor'wood has the development company running and managing the City's parking garage with no competitive bids for years running.
Prediction: council approves public funding and debt through parking enterprise and City tax increment financing through the Urban Renewal Authority by a vote of 8-1, even though "fiscal conservatives," Knight, Pico and King pledged not to do so without a vote. Even if the councilors hold to that promise, Jenkins and others who will profit from public subsidies will spend an enormous amount of money on the next City Council elections to get them ousted.
This is all going down exactly as predicted. Precisely why Jenkins and development interests have invested so much in City elections--the return on investment for getting guaranteed Council votes is probably better than 1000-to-one.
