At first I was concerned that perhaps this week's column might not mention the Haunted Windchimes. I was concerned that perhaps you and the Windchimes had fallen out of touch...that perhaps, they were no longer your golden children. I thought maybe, just maybe, bands other than those in Adam Leech's magic circle of specialness might get a mention. Thank goodness I stuck around until the end to see that your beloved Windchimes are still in your life.
TATTOR!!! Hit me up mang! Wonderin how you're doin...

My first taste of Chromeo was a few years ago: stumbling onto "Tenderoni" on an Irish friend's MySpace page. I was sold.
Nice to know I wasn't the only kid in high school that looked up "that guy in the Warren G song." ;-)
"Like with Fergie, we did the music exactly the way I wrote it," Slash said. "She sang to exactly what I wrote. We didn't change anything. That happened a lot on the record. But then with Kid Rock, and with M Shadows [of Avenged Sevenfold], we worked on those songs from the ground up. mbt shoes
They really had an idea of the parts they wanted to do."
I am a hard core Bodeans fan from Canada, I love all the releases, hard to name my favourite. I love the new record, I was listening to it in the car yesterday, and today I was back to "Joe Dirt Car", hard to beat that one for variety. Bodeans are the greatest American roots rock band of the past 30 years, no one is close in my estimation. Since their following is very loyal, I really don't think the iTunes snub will matter much, other than being an undeserved insult. Most of these flash in the pan artists burn out after 2-3 years of over hype and no one wants to hear them ever again. Bodeans are classic, their music endures. I for one don't mind being part of the cult following, and I am just angry they never come to Canada to perform !!
Have you seen this AJ McLean video interview? Love him!

This is Victor from Arach Attack!, one of the founders of the Zombie Party. There is like 10 tickets left. Search for "4th Annual Zombie Party" on face book for info on how to get tickets....if there are any left :(
We promise, next year will be even bigger.
Flynnville Train IS on the right track..."Redemption" rocks! "Preachin to the Choir" is a great song and in fact there are 6 songs on that cd that are perfect examples of their originality and talent. Brian Flynn is the lead vocal on the cd with SOME (1 song) back-up with Dan Baird. Dan is truly a talented musician..but make no mistake..This is Flynnville Train and they hold true to the Southern County Rock that we all love.
Too bad the show was canceled. If you do not coordinate publicity and ticket sales and promotions together, it is the same as trying to go it alone. United we stand, divided we fall. I suggest they get an expert to examine their coordination problem. Very funny Ke$ha, but the answer is "Yeah, Yeah."
Joy to you, Rose
Very excited for the upcoming Paul McCartney Show. From what I hear he is going to be playing familiar songs such as classic Beatles Hits and some of his own favorites. It will be great to hear familiar songs and sing along! Only 2 days until the Denver show!
I found this video which I enjoyed watching:

Re: “Reverb”
Haha, I love the comment above me. Yeah, what's so special about the haunted wind chimes? They play slow boring mediocre folk that wouldn't be hard to put together at all.
