I have a friend that at one time used marijuana to treat night terrors. It cured the condition and she quit using marijuana.
Amendment 64 sets up a legally protected monopoly for the production of marijuana in Colorado. If passed in its present form, the only people that would be awarded licenses to produce marijuana are the current holders of MMJ production licenses. There is no time limit, they would simply be the only holders of the licenses to produce for recreational use. I support de-criminalization, but this would simply codify in law the right of a select group of people to have these very valuable licenses. In addition this exact clause, in my opinion will eventually make it possible to find this amendment un-constitutional under the Colorado constitution, which means that this effort would be found un-constitutional over financial greed and the merits of de-criminalization would not even be addressed
Thank you so much for all the support!!!
Its interesed news. very thx!
Chaz I want you to know I love you & you are already one hell of a good man
We are all really proud of what you are doing Chaz. You have inspired a lot of us, and your story is changing minds on medical cannabis. If you don't make it back to an actual high school, don't fret. College is much more fun and rewarding. Find your passion and go for it!
Out in Ca, the IRS has gone after a major dispensary for back taxes as they have disallowed the usual business write offs (rent, utilities, payroll etc) saying that you cannot have write offs for an "illegal" enterprise. Hope they stay away from here with their games!
Yet another case of upside-down priorities by the CSPD. While stating that they lack the resources to investigate burglaries, car-thefts, and vandalism, they somehow find the wherewithal to stage stings in bars and arrest MMJ patients.
What Dan May is doing is abhorrent. We the people voted Yes to MMJ, not this gestapo mindset. There is even case law supporting Bob. What a waste of time and money. Where is the Mayor in all of this?
Nice to hear about the different view points.
Not so sure why a Medical Marijuana Patient's grower should have to do household chores. Leave it to the state to screw up something seemingly simple.
You can thank the lobbyists from CMMR aka MMIG for the assault on caregivers. Josh Stanley even testified that caregivers should have the same regulations as MMCs. He also stated that he turned growers in, pre HB1284, to the police if they came in with meds. I have it on tape from the hearing.
I dropped my caregiver status because I will not submit to the regulatory scheme. Ask the MMCs how they like it. Death by 1000 cuts doesn't feel so good. I follow and encourage everyone to follow amendment 20 STRICTLY. It at least provides you a leg to stand on in the Colorado courts. Stay safe and smart out there.
Thanks, Bryce. Nice work.
AMCS is proud to be alive and well on the West Side. We've come so far in the last year and would like to thank the CS Indy and their staff for helping educate and inform the city and our elected officials.

AMCS support the idea of "don't medicate and drive."
However, we agree that the limits were random, lacked research and could have easily been used to 'target' and criminalize medical marijuana patients.
In short, Mark has worked hard to try at almost every turn to 'turn back the clock' and rob Americans living in Colorado of their unique Constitutional rights granted in Amend 2o.
While we support Mark's rights to his opinion - he should not abuse his place and force his beliefs systems on those that disagree with him.
With education, we shall overcome ignorance and abuse of power.
Thanks, Bryce! We love the ReLeaf. Keep them coming and keep educating our fellow citizens about better ways to end the war on drugs and start using common sense measures to take MMJ out of the hands of drug dealers - and into the hands of highly-regulated, controled, taxed and monitored MMJ Centers.
AMCS will always work to support MMJ Patient rights.
Good luck, JP Wellness. We have all worked hard, paid heafty dues, and daily battle ignorance.
If you still need help with investors or sales, contact KC at 719.930.9846.
He has helped other MMJ Centers sell, expand and transfer ownerships. He helped us!
If cannabis is a Schedule I, "narcotic", with no medicalinal value, then why did the Feds file three patents? Duplicitious, capitalist, Nazi cockroaches!
