Hello,
I would very much encourage going to this event. This is a circus with amazing feats of human talent, and, unlike other circuses, does not involve "entertainment" via cruelty. It does not take breaking the spirits and backs of animals; it does not involve cruelty to animals, such as bullhooks (hidden in sleeves even during performance on-stage) - to get animals to contort and do things against their natures. One site to visit regarding circus animals (and please boycott the circus and rodeo when they come to town this summer; Denver and Boulder have already ousted them (at least, Boulder has) - is www.ringlingbeatsanimals.com. Please enjoy all the amazing talent this world of artistry has to offer, but without its being at the sacrifice of innocent sentient beings. Julie Shavin
Finally a place where its about the music...and not about the drinking
Archer (from Rough Age) will be joined by A Bad Night For a Hero, too! $10 cover gets you free food & drinks. 8-11
There was NO HOUSING available at the Stand Down for the homeless veterans; they all left STILL HOMELESS!
I checked out MoodSwings last night for Malcolm Marchman...this is a great new place to see live acoustic music in a family friendly environment. a must see with the kiddos
A rollicking good time with great theatre and fabulous live jazz. Call the Fine Arts Center at 634-5583 to get your tickets and then pick them up at Broadmoor Community Church the night of the performance.
Tickets are available at the Colorado Springs Fine Arts Center!. This an outstanding show with an all-star cast. You'll be happy you came.
What a fantastic evening! A great show for any age. We will be back next year!!!!!
Whose work (mixed media pendants) is featured in the image? Thanks.
Brick Alley, a local cover band covering Velvet Revolver, Stone Temple Pilots, Local H, Weezer, and putting our own twist on Green Day, Radiohead, and R.E.M songs, will be taking the stage at 11 after the tribute band. We have been on the bill since the moment the show was booked a month ago. See you all there!
Where would a family in need of a very large turkey go? If giving away things that go with bird like mushy taters as kids call them rolls etc would be great
According to a tweet sent out by Colorado College earlier today, "All Rainbow Cinema events at CC this weekend have been canceled at this time."
LADIES, DON'T DATE SPELLBINDER! HE IS CRAZY!
This is the best show that has been at the Fine Arts Center in long time. Floyd is a Master.

love this place, it's all about table top gaming.
open late every day it's the place to be for all your gaming needs, from AD&D to World of Warcraft CCG they have what your looking for & if it's out they can get it fast.
We went on family day and it wasn't very family friendly. There was nothing for our kids to do, it was a very small event, the food wasn't that good, and was over priced. It was a waste of my time and money. Will not be going again
A little late isn't it? It ended early this afternoon.
A strange thing to be doing during church on a Sunday morning. Did they fill the place with beds and draw blood from everyone in place of the sermon?
