What’s better than beer? Try a beer whose earnings — 100 percent of them — go to support local arts. That’s the thinking behind Bristol Brewing Co.’s new Smokebrush Porter, one of their four annual Community Ales brewed with local nonprofits in mind. This one, created for Smokebrush Foundation for the Arts, will help fund the foundation’s newest project, a sculptural art pavilion to be built outside the Ivywild School. Learn more about the project at Thursday’s release party while you enjoy live music, sip a rich and smoky brew, and support a prolific and longstanding local arts organization.
