For the second year running, Pikes Peak Writers, our regional group of both published and aspiring authors, has partnered with Cottonwood Center for the Arts for a unique multi-genre exhibition. Writers, having toured the arts center and taken inspiration from the works on display, have created stories or poems in response to a piece of artwork, as well as the exhibition’s theme: “It Takes a Tribe.” Now both art and writing will be displayed together throughout the month of March. This exhibit presents a unique opportunity to dive deep into a writer’s creative response to artwork, offering you a new lens through which to see these gorgeous pieces.
