Shoot me!

Guess what, friends, you can get all sorts of free immunizations if you act now!

As someone currently experiencing a bit of a cold, I want to remind you that being sick really stinks. It slows you down, makes you feel like crap, and forces you to miss all sorts of fun activities you had been looking forward to. You're tired all the time, but can't sleep well because you can't stop coughing, or can't curb your nausea.

Anyways, there's nothing quite like being sicker than a dog and knowing that you could have skipped the whole lousy experience if only you had received an immunization. This feeling of remorse will only be increased if you could have gotten the shot free of charge.

And thanks to a partnership between Penrose-St Francis Health Services, the El Paso County Department of Health and Environment, Visiting Nurse Association (VNA) and The Citadel you can get many immunizations free.
