Karl Rove is largely credited for the political success of George W. Bush, including managing his campaigns for Governor of Texas and President of the United States. Subsequently Rove served as Senior Advisor to President George W. Bush from 2000 to 2007 and Deputy Chief of Staff from 2004 to 2007. He is now a Fox News contributor, writes a weekly op-ed for The Wall Street Journal, and is a Newsweek columnist. He is also author of “Courage and Consequence,” a candid, behind-the-scenes view into some of our country’s most turbulent years.

“Karl Rove is one of the biggest names in politics today. His presence in El Paso County shows how important our county will be in the 2012 presidential election. This event will kickoff our “The Road to the White House comes through El Paso County” theme that emphasizes the significance of our region.” said Olympian Eli Bremer who was recently elected El Paso County Republican Party Chairman.
