Domino closing

Posted By on Fri, Apr 13, 2012 at 10:56 AM

According to a press release sent out Thursday, Domino, the Best Of-winning furniture and decor shop in Old Colorado City, is closing. According to the cause, the release blames "hard economic times."

The store went up for sale last year after its original owners planned to relocate. It was purchased about a month later later by Jaclyn Gutierrez, who continued to uphold its monthly art shows (which featured some memorable talent like Mike Fudge and Melia Gutierrez).
