Local photographer Mike Pach documented the light show with his camera, and sent along this stunning slideshow:

With the might of a billion-plus candela Panasonic projector and 4.3 billion animated pixels, the Colorado Springs Pioneers Museum will become the backdrop for a new, nightly animated light show.

Starting tomorrow, and running nightly through the end of the year, the three-minute Holiday Nights show will feature music, color, holiday images and shots of early Colorado Springs during yuletide. It will play every night from 5:30-9 p.m. at 15-minute intervals on the western face of the museum.

(The show was made by local company Innovative Moments, and sponsored by the museum, the Downtown Partnership and Tuffshed.)

You can see its debut performance tomorrow evening at 5:30 p.m.
