It's finally happened. That bus everyone has been talking about for years is running.

Bustang, the state's interregional bus service, launched today. The bus connects Colorado Springs to Denver, Fort Collins to Denver, and Glenwood Springs to Denver. You can buy tickets at ridebustang.com. And yes, there is an app for that. A link to download it is available on the web site.

Bustang, by the way, stops at three places in Colorado Springs (plus one in Monument): the Tejon/Nevada Park & Ride, the Downtown Transit Terminal, and the Woodmen Road Park and Ride. A ticket to Denver from Colorado Springs costs $12, though there are discounts available for seniors and those with disabilities ($9), children ($6), and those who buy in bulk. Check the web site for more details.
