Sneak peek of Seven Falls, 1858

In this week's Side Dish, we meet 1858 chef de cuisine Katie Symons, and also hear from executive sous chef David Patterson, both speaking on the Gold Rush-inspired menu at the reopening Seven Falls. And this morning, ahead of tomorrow's official park opening, we took a short media tour of the facility with Broadmoor staff. As you'll see, the place looks like a million bucks (or more accurately about $12 million). Here are some visual highlights:
