Brunch to Brewer's

In Side Dish, I recently noted the menu overhaul at Underground and Brewer's Republic thanks to incoming chef Bon Hewlett, formerly of Phantom Canyon

Part of that addition is a new Saturday and Sunday brunch service from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. 

This past weekend we caught the trial-run of service and tried a trio of plates and couple of drinks. Here's a rundown, in photos:
