Red Rocks may be one of the most beautiful venues in the country, but it’s not exactly intimate. So those fans of Atmosphere and Papa Roach who long to see their favorite artists indoors and relatively up close will be glad to know that both have announced Colorado shows that are just that.

Tickets go on sale this Friday for Papa Roach at the Fillmore Auditorium, while Atmosphere are booked to play the Boulder Theater. Other notable new show announcements include Freddy Cole (pianist, singer and brother to Nat King Cole) at Dazzle Jazz, Powerman 5000 (fronted by Rob Zombie’s son Spider One) at the Black Sheep, and Australian metal band Ne Obliviscaris (who apparently have no famous relatives) at Globe Hall.
