Re: “Strangelove: The Depeche Mode Experience, with David Bowie Tribute: Electric Duke

Doors @ 6:00PM/ Show @ 7:00PM
General Admission: $15 plus ticketing fee
Day of Show: $20 plus ticketing fee

On the heels of Depeche Mode's own record-breaking sold out world tour, and their own sold out Amphitheatre performances across USA and abroad, last year (including a completely SOLD OUT show in Denver) , Strangelove-The Depeche Mode Experience bring the classic-era 'MODE music back to the Colorado Springs masses!

Internationally touring tribute sensation STRANGELOVE delivers a pitch-perfect best of DEPECHE MODE arena/stadium scaled concert that transports listeners through time and touches on several key points in DMs illustrious career. In addition to spot-on recreations of the music, the hip swivels, stage sets, spins, and projection visuals are all there. The visual presentation and in-show costume changes reflect different eras of Depeche Modes four decade, 120 million album selling story.

Strangelove's resemblance, both visually and sonically, to Depeche Mode is frightening. LA Weekly (2015 Best Tribute Bands)
More info:

Electric Duke-tribute to David Bowie
LA based (via London, via Leeds) Bowie tribute artist Electric Duke brings Bowie classics from several eras of his storied career, presented in a somewhat electronic format that pairs nicely with Strangelove, like a vintage wine! Bowie doppelganger and frontman Julian Shah-Tayler was recently featured on the cover of LA Weekly.

Re: “Zen Meditation

Went here for the first time this monday. Was a little skeptical about the Buddhist chanting at first, but the meditation session was wonderful. After the meditation, we all received a "dharma talk" from one of the leaders of the group. After that, the floor was open to questions and comments, all of which were responded to with humor, tact, and wisdom. Overall, I would highly recommend this group to anyone seeking to learn about Zen or is looking for a group of like-minded individuals. Also the location is beautiful!

Re: “Lunch Beat

What fun - an enthusiastic bunch of noontime dancers, solid DJ, and some lunch too. The lightening helped transform the otherwise blank gallery space and plunged participants into the scene. As a summer CS resident and itinerant dancer, what a nice addition to feeling at home in the city.
