Re: “Police left buried under a mountain of marijuana and red tape as weed laws change

The police are just feeling the DTs coming down off that drug war high they had going over the last 5 decades. They'll get clean in a few years when the hard core addicts start retiring.

Re: “Police left buried under a mountain of marijuana and red tape as weed laws change

first of all, this is NOT legalization, as there be NO regulations which (is) then the problem, we face. We must trust that this plant is not dangerous as all the evidence says it's not pigweed. In fact, it's pretty funny to see this prohibitionist dress in white bunny suits with signs of danger all around their workplace as they grind cannabis up. this they would have to do if it was pigweed, but, frankly is ridiculous to see police doing this stage showmanship practice. frankly, these fools need to be placed in nearus nut house The police have a prohibitionist disease so does this reporter, The facts are clear. The people want cannabis legal in all states. Its time to legalize and stop this parade of lies and arrest .its time to stop cannabis prohibition for liberty sake

Re: “LGBTQ people change the burlesque landscape and find outlets for their identities

Just correcting my name... It's Viva Valezz! (not Valdez) - thanks so much for including me in this piece. Wonderful!
Though Mr. Valdez and I could be distant naked cousins! ;)

Re: “Mixed blessings

Sometimes it's frighting when people say things like he is a man of God but has never proved that his sons was raised back to life . He should go out of his way prove it happened. If he does not prove that one thing he is a feud and a lied about the whole thing. Does that then still make him a Man Of God .........I don't think it squares up with what Jesus said Let your yes mean yes . One lie leads to another you cannot trust a double minded man .

Re: “Wommack's pathway to prominence

If I was Wommack I would be shouting the fact of my son being drought back to life, I would have a link on my website linking it back to all intuitions who had knowledge of it or reported it ,like the hospital ,news reports on local tv or radio, because raising a person to life is not a common event and word gets round in a small town .Links to Doctors who treated his son before and after the event ,As Jesus said to the lepro go and show yourself to the priest and offer offerings .I am sure he just did not walk out of hospital and no one even challenged him.If he just walked out there must be a person responsible for the morge they would be missing a dead body some sort of paper trail would be out there .As I said if I where him it would be front page news on my site backed up with times and dated and witness reports etc. If my son got raised to life it would be a big talking point in my small town for years.

Re: “Wommack's pathway to prominence

Please keep researching this man. You have already demonstrated adequately that no one was raised from the dead in Pritchett. Keep checking out his claims to raising the dead, including his wife and son. You write well. A book on the subject would be helpful. His son's former wife, Desiree, has quite a story to tell that could potentially add a lot to setting the record straight.

Re: “Pikes Peak or Bust Rodeo Foundation plans overhaul of Norris-Penrose Event Center

Recognizing that not everything in the world is somehow connected to The Broadmoor Land Swap of 2016, one cannot help but see an interesting thread buried in this article. If the right of first refusal (a title restriction) can be undone in this case, what does that say about the highly-touted, iron-clad right-of-first-refusal which was placed on Strawberry Fields?
The inclusion of that title restriction was used by both the city and the Broadmoor to reassure the public and help sell
their deal. Just sayin' .........

Re: “Pikes Peak or Bust Rodeo Foundation plans overhaul of Norris-Penrose Event Center

Went to the rodeo ONE time. In 2005. All was fine until it was over and the event turned into an evangelical sermon. If I want a sermon I'll go to church. Never went back to this place. Never will.

I do hope they improve the facility. The one time we went a storm came up and the unpaved parking lot became a dust storm with all the wind. Dreadful. Nothing like a 3rd world experience in the world's only superpower. If that's the best we can do then sell it to China and let them invest it.

Re: “Progressive churches prepare to protect immigrants in the heart of Trump country

how does your church say to treat others??? are you truly a moral caring person or are you not???

just because you go to church does not make you a good person... you must show it in your actions... well what is it going to be?!!!

Re: “Progressive churches prepare to protect immigrants in the heart of Trump country

The other two commenters, you can't actually believe that you could argue reason and facts with people who write articles like this, do you? I mean, the author goes so far as to say "...the Department of Homeland Security's (DHS) focus was purportedly on removing undocumented immigrants convicted of crimes, but people with very minor infractions often got swept up.." So it's telling me that illegal (undocumented) immigrants with VERY (as if there's a difference between minor and very minor???) minor infractions aren't actually "criminals" convicted of crimes? Seriously? THEY'RE IN THE COUNTRY ILLEGALLY AND THAT'S A F#%KING CRIME!!!

Re: “The tick and the time bomb

Hello, I am 25 years old and I first found out I had herpes 3 years ago. My first outbreak was definitely the worst thing I ever experienced. The bumps and blisters were swollen and red. I had a doctor give me Valtrex but I take the generic. I love the Valtrex because I take 1 gram a day for about a week and its gone. I had a doctor prescribe me Acyclovir but that gave me the worst headaches ever, so I stopped taking it. Since I was first diagnosed I have about 2 outbreaks a year. I have been able to cope with this by having supportive family and friends who look out for me. Even though I wish I never had this disease at all, Im able to deal with it and have a great life. a friend advice me to used herbal medicine and send me web site and email of Dr Aidenojie who was able to help me put an end to the herpes virus. Today i am so much happy and totally free should in case you need urgent help email aidenojiecurehome@gmail.com or visit his web: http://draidenojiecurehome.webs.com

Re: “Progressive churches prepare to protect immigrants in the heart of Trump country

BTW, because these people are actually criminals under this law, those helping them can actually be charged with aiding and abetting or under 8 US Code 1324, the latter usually being a felony.
