Re: “Former steakhouse pivots to meet community needs

This is an excellent place to get a loan. The workers here are friendly, patient, and make you feel like your family. They really work with you if you are struggling to make your payments. The loan application is very simple and easy.... Advance Loans was a blessing for me I hope that it can be a blessing for someone else.... They also have a referral program where they pay you too for sending people to them. I highly recommend using the Western Loan Finance to finance your next home

Re: “Engine 168 rolls again

This is good news. As they are more powerful than the diesels we use today, I am a big fan of steam engines. Also, for what it's worth, the national government is putting a lot of steam engines back onto the track.

Re: “Anonymity leads to atrocious behavior

I appreciate your advocacy for dispassionate, reasoned, and respectful discussions of public issues such as this one. It can be hard to focus on our common goal of a better community when we often disagree on how to achieve this.

Re: “District attorney candidates bring in the cash

The men and women of Classic Homes are not donating to Waller because they think hes a competent attorney. Its so they can ask favors on their projects. Dont mistake that.

Re: “Broadmoor guests' afternoon hike turns into all-nighter

"The guide, too, walked out without injury, Kerscher says."

Shouldn't that say "former guide?"

Re: “Mental Health Colorado’s new CEO talks legislative priorities, teen mental health, and how to go beyond how-are-yous at work

----Ending stigma...

How to begin?

Decline to take part in saying there is one. Decline personally and editorially. That is a primary step.

Re: “Broadmoor guests' afternoon hike turns into all-nighter

Can you at least attempt to match the picture to the story. They're doing Avalanche training here at least last spring.

Re: “Anonymity leads to atrocious behavior

human nature leads to mob mentality... if no one counters the loud obnoxious people with facts then we end up more stupid.

a lot of this is due to the p@$$y grabber in chief that spews inaccurate vitriol constantly. finally he will pay for his lies and "alternative fact" lovers he places in positions of power. thank goodness for this reality show clown's impending impeachment!!!!

perhaps we can live in a reality based world once again.

Re: “District attorney candidates bring in the cash

Weak candidate fields are becoming the norm. No matter who one votes for, the result will be yet another Dan May clone

Re: “District attorney candidates bring in the cash

It's time to get rid of establishment, career politicians like Waller, who are propped up by developers. So gross.

Re: “Anonymity leads to atrocious behavior

Being that you are working for D38s bond initiative, how much did you get paid to write this one sided article?

And why not give actual examples of this hate you write about? I bet for every example you point out I can find 2 from the pro bond mob.

Re: “Homeless shelters wield more resources than ever

low barrier? do they show an ID? do they help clean up after the stay? do they do anything of worth for our community?

if not.... WHY NOT!! there are lots of places where their buddies have trashed areas that need to be cleaned up.

not too much to ask for some kind of work for a place to stay for as long as they want...

Re: “Mayor Suthers’ 2020 budget focuses on police and fire

Is the mayor proposing 20 new police officers be added for CSPD and 22 new people for his support staff?

Re: “Rooster’s Competition BBQ aims to live up to KC quality

Maybe I should have read between the lines a little bit, because I got some for lunch today after reading this review and I was vastly underwhelmed. I got brisket with a side of potato salad and mac and cheese, and the brisket was pre-drenched in bbq sauce yet was still dry. The mac and cheese must have came out of a box with a rip-off top, and I don't know which potato salad you had because mine didn't even have tang or cream. I literally ditched it and got lunch somewhere else

Re: “Roads tax "vote yes" effort draws thousands of dollars in support from contractors

EmilySmith1:

"This Reporter" was using accurate information, as she generally does, at THE TIME the story was written.

What she wrote was:

" its website is inaccessible " - - "That Reporter" did NOT report that the site was 'Down'

And it was - AT THAT TIME. Any number of people tried to log onto the site and were directed to a page that is common when a site has been 'hacked'.

"Colorado Springs Forward" is a very competent organization for fundraising and promoting tax increases.

Re: “Mayor Suthers’ 2020 budget focuses on police and fire

Colorado springs voters are bizzare.
They blame liberals for raising taxes while the republican mayor raises taxes and then they vote to keep TABOR and give millions towards park projects. If the City kept that 7 million no tax would be needed.

Is it true that Springs Rescue doesn't accept and assist LGBTQ+ folkxs?

I am not sure where this reporter gets their information, but the CSF website is not down and CSF has never been closed for business.

Re: “The Indy's 2019 election endorsements

Proposition CC: Retain TABOR Refunds for Transportation and Education...does YES mean that the expansion of I25 between Colorado Springs and Denver will no longer be a TOLL lane?!? This is why taxpayers including myself are upset there will be a TOLL lane, when taxpayers already provide plenty of tax revenue instead of paying twice for a toll road to Denver. I say note NO!
