Re: “Soon you'll be able to buy a 1:6 scale doll of John Lennon, if you're into that kinda thing

John Lennon would have been against such a thing; how much money does Sean and Yoko need?

Re: “Rock of ages

I bought an alto sax from Miller music when it was on Colorado Avenue (before it moved to Tejon) in about 1966.

Re: “Frankie Cosmos leads Black Sheep crowd in “Spice Island Grill” chant

We are truly grateful for the recognition by the band. Our family team works daily to offer the best of the Island here in the Springs. We love our community and our patrons. We're thankful for their continued support. We also send 'One love" to the band for feturing our restaurant as part of their show. We are so grateful. Thank you

Re: “2018 Record Store Day announces exclusive offerings

Christ on a crutch Bill. You cant even stay on task long enough to announce something as innocuous as record store day without injecting personal political opinions? When did exercising free speech become worthy of a dishonorable mention? Break free from your group-think influenced dogma and try and be an objective journalist. Just out of curiosity, were you even old enough to vote in 2000?

Re: “Are Juggalos the next Deadheads?

I'm happy you're enjoying their music. I loved some past Rap but this is not even music or decent.
Both communities and fanbases are real humans, it's just from what I've seen of pics
of "Gathering of the Juggalos" yearly festivals, I've never seen anything more disgusting or vile as
far as passed out fans, hideous tats, naked passed out girls. fans asking for and giving sex acts in the parking lot;.

I love all types of music, I was raised on Willie and Waylon so their words had a lot of meaning, a lot like the Grateful Dead vs the cussing violent clowns called the Insane Clown Posse. That's a scary name for most sane people, peace loving people. I do love your bravery to stick together. We have that in our community but it's like night and day...to each his own. Way too much blood, gore, violence and Hep C for this ole hippie. Talk about bad vibes but the earth must have a balance of light and dark / yin and yang,

Here you go, Indy readers, feast on some Gathering of the Juggalos Pix >

Re: “Are Juggalos the next Deadheads?

Deadhead Nation doesn't make signs saying I'll give you a Beejay or handy for a ticket.

You might see the dready dude with finger up looking for a miracle and that's about it.

In the gathering photos, they are vile and disgusting in some of the stuff they do in the lot.

It comes from the parents or bad parenting not watching closely which music your kids are listening to actually forms your life. Their logo has a dude with a violent hatchet, that's so comforting and happy.

This is total trash, musically speaking b/c there is no musical instruments but......to each his own.

Darwin pool > Juggalos > will work itself out

Deadheads > Nation of happy Drs, lawyers, business people and free spirit kids loving good sounding music.

Bobby already said that whole Rock Scully thing nailed as BS, it was Mick Jagger and his greed and group of fun bikers caused the chaos and stabbing. Get your facts right, first of all.

Jerry and the boys were freaked out, they flew off pretty quickly. I remember Jerry saying how fucked up that vibe was, obviously.

Re: “Are Juggalos the next Deadheads?

Ramble On Rose" RIP John Barlow

Just like Jack the Ripper
Just like Mojo Hand
Just like Billy Sunday
In a shotgun ragtime band
Just like New York City
Just like Jericho
Pace the halls and climb the walls
And get out when they blow

Did you say your name was
Ramblin' Rose?
Ramble on, baby
Settle down easy
Ramble on, Rose

Just like Jack and Jill
Mama told the sailor
One heat up and one cool down
Leave nothin' for the tailor
Just like Jack and Jill
Papa told the jailer
One go up and one come down
Do yourself a favor

Did you say your name was
Ramblin' Rose?
Ramble on, baby
Settle down easy
Ramble on, Rose

I'm gonna sing you a hundred verses in ragtime
I know this song it ain't never gonna end
I'm gonna march you up and down the local county line
Take you to the leader of the band

Just like Crazy Otto
Just like Wolfman Jack
Sittin' plush with a royal flush
Aces back to back
Just like Mary Shelley
Just like Frankenstein
Clank your chains and count your change
Try to walk the line

Did you say your name was
Ramblin' Rose?
Ramble on, baby
Settle down easy
Ramble on, Rose

I'm gonna sing you a hundred verses in ragtime
I know this song it ain't never gonna end
I'm gonna march you up and down the local county line
Take you to the leader of the band

Goodbye, Mama and Papa
Goodbye, Jack and Jill
The grass ain't greener, the wine ain't sweeter
either side of the hill.

Did you say your name was
Ramblin' Rose?
Ramble on, baby
Settle down easy
Ramble on, Rose

Re: “Are Juggalos the next Deadheads?

Spanish lady comes to me, she lays on me this rose.
It rainbow spirals round and round it trembles and explodes.
It left a smoking crater of my mind I like to blow away.
But the heat came round and busted me for smiling on a cloudy day.

Comin, comin, comin around, comin, around,
Comin, around, in a circle
Comin, comin, comin around, comin around, in a circle,
Comin, comin, comin around, comin in a circle.

Escapin' through the lily fields I came across an empty space,
It trembled and exploded, left a bus stop in its place.
The bus came by and I got on, thats when it all began,
There was Cowboy Neal at the wheel of the bus to never ever land.

Comin, comin, comin around, comin, around,
Comin, around, in a circle
Comin, comin, comin around, comin around, in a circle,
Comin, comin, comin around, comin in a circle...

Re: “Are Juggalos the next Deadheads?

Musically, you're talking about the WORST possible music ever made vs BEST, the greatest Band on the USA/ earth/galaxy even without Jerry. I mean come on. "effin magnets man" !!! more like this > (art is opinionated in my mind) but this is total garbage Juggs put out and creates terrible daughters and sons. Yep, sorry, it's the truth, just take a real good look. Gathering of the Juggalos, whoa buddy! watch out!!! I do admire their brotherhood to each other, there is no code, just Hep C and bad, scary vibes.

If my words did glow with the gold of sunshine
And my tunes were played on the harp unstrung
Would you hear my voice come through the music?
Would you hold it near, as it were your own?
It's a hand-me-down, the thoughts are broken
Perhaps they're better left unsung
I don't know, don't really care
Let there be songs to fill the air (note 1)
Ripple in still water
When there is no pebble tossed
Nor wind to blow
Reach out your hand if your cup be empty
If your cup is full may it be again
Let it be known there is a fountain
That was not made by the hands of man
There is a road, no simple highway
Between the dawn and the dark of night
And if you go, no one may follow
That path is for your steps alone
Ripple in still water
When there is no pebble tossed
Nor wind to blow
You who choose to lead must follow
But if you fall, you fall alone
If you should stand, then who's to guide you?
If I knew the way, I would take you home

Re: “Are Juggalos the next Deadheads?

The music and fanbase is like night and day. The scumiest of the scum are Juggalos.
I don't think Shaggy Dope could even play a bongo.

There is ZERO comparison to the fanbase & music. Juggs are the scum of the earth.

You needed more pics and content for this article. Scully's angels, that's a joke. They are so much smaller of a nation, too. If you want to see the scuzziest of the scuz, look up Juggalos.
