Fitz & the Tantrums may not have been the only rapidly rising stars who played the Black Sheep last month. Ximena Sarinana, the considerably more mellow Mexican singer-songwriter who opened for the Tantrums June 4th show, has been selected as VH1's "You Oughta Know" artist for the month of August.
