The trouble is with the 60 to 80 percent closed etc because they went back to old habits or raised their prices too much it's hard to believe with mange mange they had a world. Class chef who obviously produced great food they extended his contract but he left probably because things were beyond his control food quality badly reduced to what was used before the owner seemed a nice lady who was carding too much because she had not been trained to all the jobs and trained as owner manager those things take years you can't pick it up in five mins, 9 out of ten businesses like that close in the first year even with exsperienced people good luck to all if your one of these closed restaurants go to buissness and cookery college you can go at any age learn and gain exsperiance then come back fighting
