Re: “UPDATE: Strawberry Fields decision supports city land swap

You are mistaken Mr. Lucas, Save Cheyenne has not challenged the appraisal that was submitted by the Broadmoor for the land where the Incline and Barr Trail sit. God Bless

Re: “UPDATE: Strawberry Fields decision supports city land swap

The courts ruling was good, Save Cheyenne does not have a strong case on those grounds. The question is why Save Cheyenne is not challenging the appraisal that was submitted by the Broadmoor. Go to https://www.facebook.com/COS-Land-Swap-183… to see why, and sign the petition to get the land swap reversed here https://www.change.org/p/force-colorado-sp…,

Re: “Downtown stadium site is a mystery

Why would we rush this? There is not enough time to get a project like this ready by December. If we push it this way, we will end up with a mistake ridden regret project. Let it go.

Re: “Reader: Just go somewhere else

We have to allow them to camp, but they cannot accumulate trash in their camps, that is illegal. The City and County should begin writing tickets and closing many more camps.

Re: “Strawberry Fields appraisal needs fresh look, citizens say

I began asking that the City answer my questions about the appraisal that was submitted by the Broadmoor during the public comment process 20 months ago. I demand that the
City release the dollar figures in question for the needed repairs on the Barr Trail. See my posts on my Facebook page Cos Land Swap.

Re: “Strawberry Fields' appraiser faces penalties for his work on the city's land exchange

This is progress, a step in the right direction, but what about the appraisal of the land taken from the Cog Railway? I still want to know if the cost of the needed repairs on that section of the Barr Trail were figured into that appraisal. The drainage work, the repair of the erosion damage, the study's needed for those tasks, the removal of rocks in the trail and, the replacement of the fence. I will again allege that this land's value is exaggerated by hundreds of thousands of dollars. Would you pay full price for a car that needed a new engine?
