Re: “Carson's WTU: It's an old story

The ironic part of all of this is that I am a soldier currently stationed in Schweinfurt, Germany. I was injured in Iraq during my last deployment, and have been on a T3 profile for 8months awaiting surgery. I have pressed my medical concerns throughout unit and medical chains of command to no avail, I always get the cold-shoulder and told to wait for futher updates. I finally brought the issue to my congress women and the investigation is still ongoing to my knowledge. The truth of the matter is that the army is pushing wounded warriors/veterans to the side and only dealing with there issues when the public is brought wind of the situation. The doctors just issue pain pills, and tell you to move out. Honestly I am tired of waiting, the pain is getting worse and I am still waiting on the army. I have lost all faith in the army in which I which I was so eager to join in 2006. The America people need to look into the shadows in which the army does not want you to see and realize that its not just the WTU's that have soldiers not recieveing the care that they need.
