Re: “Arabian slights

Matt, In my opinion, your Arabica Cafe review was harsh. We (me and my family) have been there for many times, and by now we sampled most of their food. I have to disagree with you. I have been in the other places you mentioned in this review and there is no comparison between them and Arabica's food, it's just not fair to compare them. Quantity (number of restaurants) shouldnt be the criteria; instead, the quality of the food served is whats important. Before Arabica, we used to drive to Denver to get good Middle Eastern food, but why to drive to Denver while Arabics Cafe serves even better food. Beside their excellent food, which in my opinion is one of the best not in Colorado only but in the US, their staff were very friendly, they were nice to our kids, and making sure that the food is good. The owner also besides working hard on preparing the food, he was going around and checking on his customers and making sure they were satisfied with the food and the service. I recommended it to other friends and co-workers and their feedback was Man, its the best I ever tried; Im recommending it to others for sure In Summery, before Arabic's Cafe, I never went into Middle Eastern restaurant in Colorado Springs twice, but Arabica changed this and its now my favorite restaurant in town. Best Regards
