Re: “CannaBiz: City Council and MMC fees

While AMCS respects the city council, we find the fees to be large and unjustified. America was founded on liberty, freedom and equal justice for all.

The fees are not proportional to the cost. Indeed, the city council received a record amount in quarterly sales taxes generated by the mmj industry. Over $62,000 to help clean and keep our parks, pay our police, firemen, and emergency services.

Re: “More on the Marijuana Per Se workgroup

AMCS would like to support safe and responsible use of MMJ; however, any legislation seems premature until further research is done on medical marijuana and driving.

Re: “National Geographic wants your weed (story)

AMCS would like to thank National Geo for taking our industry and our patients seriously enough to invest time and money to help bring the truth of medical marijuana to the viewers.

AMCS support safe, legal and affordable access to mmj in accordance with amendment 20 of the Colorado Constitution.

Re: “CannaBiz: The newest on legalization

Thanks, Bryce! Good report. AMCS agrees with Jway.

Let's end prohibition, incarceration, prosecutions and treat marijuana like alcohol.

United we stand:
