The Colorado Art Education Association is accepting slides for the upcoming exhibit at the Tri Lakes Art Center in Palmer Lake. This exhibit is open to all artists who teach art. This includes retired art educators as well as teachers in training. Those who teach workshops and seminars are also welcome to participate. Entries due Jan. 18. Pikes Peak Library District invites entries for Art @ 100, a juried competition celebrating 100 years of libraries in our region. Artists 12 and older are asked to depict "what libraries mean to you." Artists should drop off work on Wed., Feb. 26, at the East Library, 5550 N. Union Blvd., between 10 a.m. and noon, and pick it up between 5 and 5:30 p.m. the same day. A fee of $10 entitles artist to submit up to three works.
