In looking at the rules stated in the above mentioned "FVBA MANUAL" yes Jay did break a Code of Ethics, but only after he was pushed beyond his limits of Patience & with never being given the proper paper work as stated on pages 13, 14 & 15 of that manual. Jay should have been given his grievance in writing, & with that should have had his rights to appeal (so he chose to) & an investigative committee should have been formed. After Jay Appealed, an Appeals Committee should have been formed! If you look at it in a steps 1, 2, 3, 4 format. FVBA followed steps 1 & 4. completely skipping Steps 2 & 3 (which would have been for Jay to be allowed to react to the grievance. IF FVBA wants people to follow their "MANUAL" shouldnt they follow it aswell!
Again, I see no one asking the players how they feel...
