Re: “Network error

"Please quit these tabloid ridden articles that are full of rhetoric. This was said. . That was said.. I am sick of it. Where are the facts? Not on this website for sure!"

To Lisa-Could you please quote for me from Mr. Stanley's article exactly what was said that was not a fact. I reread the article just to make sure and the only non-factual statements that I found in the article were actually either describing the events of the 25th (again seemingly accurate) and leading questions for the reader that actually began by stating that details have not yet been provided by the CCSN Board. There was no conjecture on Mr. Stanley's part, no far-flung opinions or insinuations. He stated facts, quoted individuals present. What exactly do you take issue with?

Furthermore, you question the credentials of the administrators. Did it not occur to you that at the same time you are criticizing them you are referring to your own brother, the beloved Dr. Hernandez? Where is his principal licensure? Granted he has a doctorate but that does not make him credentialed in the state of Colorado to be a school administrator. Dare I remind you that he has run first CCA, then DHPH, then the Network all these years without it. Cast ye not the first stone, my dear. For the record, the academy directors of record that worked directly under his supervision (and he is not licensed) are working on or have already received their principal licensure. Get your facts straight!

Ah dear Lisa-so devoted you are....now???!!! Believe me...we all have long memories and can recall clearly how much angst has been between you and your family. First to bad mouth them and now first to defend them...one has to wonder if you don't somehow have a dog in the fight-financially speaking that is?

Re: “Network error

Hopeful (and other like minded folks out there)...I have to ask you one simple question...Are you blind or simply willing to look the other way? The writing is not just on the wall but it is screaming loudly for attention and immediate action. We are not talking about just maybes here...there are definitives that have been uncovered and others that are under investigation. True some might be unfounded, but if it walks like a duck, talks like a duck but is dressed in a lamb's outfit it doesn't mean that it isn't a duck!
No one is saying that Dr. and Annette and oh yeah the hundreds of staff members (remember those folks) haven't done great things for the kids. We all have seen it with our own eyes. I know that they started with the best of intentions, but somewhere along the way (and for awhile now), they got caught up in the greed, the power and the money. Money that should have gone to the kids. And don't ask what have you done for your children lately. That is simply an ignorant statement. Don't assume that just because people are speaking out that they aren't taking care of their own children or for that matter yours! See that is the wonderful thing about blogs and other online comments---you never know who the person making the comment is or where they work. Kinda makes you wonder now, huh!

Re: “Network error

edl...While I admire you pursuit of journalistic integrity, I believe the real issue is how those who spoke out will be able to work with Lawrence and Netta (as she affectionately is called by her inner circle). For the first time since the school/network's inception, people (note more than one person) dared to speak out against them and they did it in a very public forum. Mind you, many have wanted to, a few brave have even tried...ask them how it turned out for them. Albeit, the harmonious hand-in-hand show of comraderie made for a nice photo op...but trust me...that is all that it was. When the gym was cleared, the cameras were turned off and the reporters left, that harmonious display became nothing more than just that...a photo op. I urge everyone not to be deceived...especially the CCSN Board-Dennis you know what has, can and will happen unless you ensure that it does not. Protect your staff. Afterall, the success of CCSN has been gained through their blood, sweat and tears. They have always supported the mission and vision...now YOU support them. My prayers are with the staff as they strive to continue to provide each child with a world class education amidst the chaos.
