Re: “City slammed in EPA lawsuit ruling; could stormwater fees be increased?

At some point, the citizens have to blame themselves. Both the people who lived there before and voted down the stormwater tax back in 2009 and the newcomers who have moved into their idyllic new build home but didn't care that CS doesn't have their own water resources and must drain the rest of the state of their livelihood to live where they want. If you want to live somewhere that doesn't have either their own water resources or a good way to treat and move the discarded water downstream then you must pay - and pay out the nose! Good for the EPA and CDPHE for holding accountable the worst neighbor Southern Colorado - and the western slope - has ever had (CS). Couldn't happen to a bigger group of uncaring individuals!

Re: “Pueblo County will have a say in the future of the Springs' Southern Delivery System project

Suthers is the best thing to happen to CO Springs in a long time. If he had been mayor during Bach's time these issues would already be resolved. As it is, CO Springs true nature has shown and all of CO got to see that a handshake and good word mean nothing when dealing with El Paso county.

Re: “Close PCMS, says Not 1 More Acre!

@TejonTech
I agree. And with all the empty, rundown houses in downtown Colorado Springs - and the fact we will be fighting more urban wars in the future - they should take large swaths of downtown COS for training purposes. After all, our men and women need the best training possible. And with this, they will be able to train all day and return home after a very short drive!
