We skip smoothies and a few food items, because we’re all about that booch. So we nab a four kombucha flight ($5), all fed green tea — versus black or both; with Navajo Tea (greenthread) added to some — and fermented to smoothness instead a strong vinegar edge. The Blissful Belly features mango, lemon and ginger for a mildly sour bite and zippy closure. While strawberry, mint and basil compose the aromatic Strawberry Fields, minty and herbal up front, fading to a beautiful berry finish. Bliss’ Citra Hopped Booch tastes every bit of promised awesome (from an earlier phone chat with owner Ashlyn Zamora), an IPA lover’s go-to flavor, bursting with tropical citrus bitterness. Lastly, the complex Wild Child features eight inputs, including elderberry, rose hips and cornflower, tasting the most medicinal and fruity of the batch (from pomegranate, apple and pineapple). Not into booch? Get the bright, honey-sweetened elderflower matcha lemonade ($5.50) made with nearby Twin Spring water.
