I think they must be selling the best coffee in the world at the Dutch Brothers shop at Circle and Palmer Park, as there are people backed up on the streets at all hours of the day.

Rather than focusing just on fire pits it might have been more instructive to look at the effectiveness of city-wide code enforcement in general. I sometimes see code enforcement people looking at eyesores and other issues around town, but never see any of these problems actually get addressed.
