Life goes on in the non-holiday-related musical realms this week. Take, for instance, Maine’s dance-pop duo Crunk Witch, who come to Pueblo’s Hanging Tree Cafe on Nov. 14 as part of their nationwide “Crunk After Dark” tour. The husband-and-wife team of Brandon Miles and Hannah Colleen released a self-titled LP in March 2018, which showcases their eclectic, energetic and self-described “nerdy” blend of bass music and chiptune.

On the heavier side of things, Knoxville-based deathcore act Whitechapel will make a stop at Sunshine Studios on Saturday, Nov. 24, celebrating the 10th anniversary of their sophomore LP This Is Exile. The band, which of course takes its name from the stomping grounds of Jack the Ripper, has consistently made dents in the Billboard rock, hard rock and overall U.S. charts in the decade since This Is Exile’s release. The band plans to put out their seventh full-length, The Valley, through Metal Blade Records in March 2019.
