Re: “Lamborn won't listen

Representative Lamborn was the ONLY Colorado legislator to contact the DHHS Administration for Children and Families to initiate a federal investigation of Policy Studies Inc., El Paso County's ousted child support enforcement contractor. His bold step supported the rights of men in this state and nation to due process and equal protection in child support enforcement matters. His retreat into silence is only one part of the story reflected in the $1 billion federal lawsuit filed against Colorado and El Paso County government officials on Friday, January 13, 2012. What lawsuit? Well, officially, it's 12-CV-00096 but as far as the federal government is concerned you don't have a right to know about the lawsuit against your own state officials.

Re: “Play it again, Uncle Sam

Mr. Lamborn has first-hand knowledge of the facts reported in the following question:

How do the presidential contenders stand on the best kept secret in the United States? Will President Obama's visit to Denver on January 26th include plans to meet with Governor Hickenlooper and Attorney General Suthers who were served papers in the $1 billion lawsuit filed on January 13 against them and other Colorado government officials alleging civil rights violations and a racketeering scheme through the Fourth Judicial District of Colorado? How do they stand on denying men without legal assistance across this nation equal access to justice and due process in child support enforcement proceedings? Is it okay for the ENTIRE Colorado General Assembly to remain silent on the abuses reported to them on January 15 through the emailing of the lawsuit to them (after having been kept informed of the situation for nearly two years)? Is it okay for the government to forbid the release of information about the lawsuit through news media? Is it okay with them that President Obama and Attorney General Holder can keep the world from knowing how Colorado's justice system and political system failed so miserably to uphold the principles of this nation - with their advice and consent? Is it okay to dismiss the end of the world message they received in connection with the lawsuit?

To see the best kept secret in the United States go to The lawsuit is posted as well as the contact list for the Colorado General Assembly and others. Don't be kept in darkness.

If you live in Colorado Springs or Denver, you should know that the Gazette, the Colorado Springs Independent, KRDO TV, and the Denver Post have been intimately involved in the state and federal coverup since 2010. If you believe in the integrity of El Paso County, Colorado, government, go to the audio meeting recording of the October 7, 2010 and January 4, 2011 El Paso County Board of Commissioners meetings and hear the victim of their abuse confront them directly.
