Colorado Creative Industries' month-long community music tour, Detour, is in full swing. The state-wide pilot project hopes to move music "from an emphasis on consumption back to cooperative creation." Accordingly, Denver's own revered hip-hop band, Flobots, kicked off the inaugural tour on Wednesday in Pueblo, but you can still catch one of their 15 Colorado community shows tonight at Songbird Music Hall (8881 Grand Ave., Beulah;, with Latino hip-hop group 2MX2. Head down early for a free music workshop with the bands at 3 p.m. and share songs and sing alongside them before they hit the stage. The workshop is free and open to the public; tickets to the show are $18, and doors open at 7 p.m. — Craig Lemley
