When the city counsel starts being responsible with the money they have, then maybe they can have more. But, when the voters increase sales tax for Roads & Bridges (which was desperately needed) and the city counsel takes 3 million from that budget for other things....then NO, they can't have any more money. They need to cut back their spending and take pay cuts like everyone else.
