Re: “12 Rounds

John Cena is getting better at acting. A good dvd to watch for lunch.

Re: “T.R. Reid is still fighting for universal health care, along with groups across the country

Keeping/bearing arms is Constitutionally protecting by the 2nd amendment. Healthcare has no such protections, either federal or state. "Universal Healthcare" is a socialistic/communistic mindset with no place to lawfully or legally happen on this land of the United States of America. I completely refuse/reject that offer of contract!

Re: “Drake power plant shutdown costs estimated

I've been watching an orchestrated war on the poor/homeless for about 2-decades. The situation with Drake is a large part of that war. Perry Sanders (billionaire) wants Drake eliminated yesterday (reported in the Gazette around 2012). Those in his circles have no problem with a rate increase, or electrical controls that favor the wealthy. I'm beyond wore-out of the wrong folk running things. The increasing dilemma is this is going on nation-wide.
I thank Yahweh/YHVH for judging this system, in the name of Yeshua, Amen!

Re: “UPDATE: Dobson endorses Roy Moore for Senate

The accusations/allegations against Roy Moore have completely fallen apart. The Washington Post (under Bezos) is now backtracking on their report saying it was part of a sting operation (more manure on their part). Gloria Allred's efforts has disintegrated. Folk here despise the righteousness of Yeshua/Jesus, and all within. The reports on the history of Matt Lauer are completely different than the reports on the history of Roy Moore. A man who walks in the righteousness of Christ Yeshua is being falsely accused, and many do not have the discernment of the Holy Spirit to know this factually/truthfully. I pray all reading this have the extremely "hot coals" of conviction of their sin and come to repentance. in the name of Yeshua, Amen!

Re: “Banning Lewis Ranch: $49 million in tax revenue over 30 years

There's a reason why then-Mayor Robert Isaac got this set-up that way, and now folk want to tear that down for $$ (greed/control). Someday Colorado Springs will get out from under the Masonic/Real Estate control and have true states-people managing the municipal corporation that masquerades as governance here.

Re: “El Paso County takes steps on bail after ACLU suit

What the BLEEP is "pretrial services fund"?!? To me, yet another revenue effort for the municipal corporation known as COUNTY OF EL PASO. Time for all of us to quit contracting with all municipal corporations (muni-corps) on this land of The United States of America (the style of the Confederacy as listed in that document of 1777-1781).

Re: “Poor people keep going to jail on non-jailable offenses. How do we break the cycle?

Does the municipal corporations CITY OF COLORADO SPRINGS and COUNTY OF EL PASO enjoy the pillaging and economic raping of those who can least pay it? The wealthy of this area want the poor gone by whatever means necessary, and have put their agents to the effort in place to accomplish this mission. These actions clearly show the system of housing "inmates" to be a debtor's prison. It also shows slavery. This is done by the "rule of contract", not the rule of law, because there is no law. There's only statutes/codes/ordinances as corporate policy, with agents of those corporations enforcing those policies regardless of authority. Please check the term "person" in a law dictionary, and see if you qualify. I know I don't.

Re: “Springs Police consider reviving photo enforcement against red light runners

There being no 1st-hand party to the actual infraction, there is no debt collectable. Check 15 USC 1692 et-seq and the FDCPA. The "red-light" camera cannot be "cross-examined" and cannot testify. This effort, again, will cost more than it will gain. This is all for revenue, not safety.
