Re: “UPDATE: Arrest warrant issued for Bruce in Ohio

Doug, the felon, Bruce needs to be back in jail. He is a vile, rude nasty and corrupt person. I hope he ends up back in jail. Doug and his buddies have ruined our city with their immature and illegal behavior. Unfortunately, the ignorant people that approve of this felon, are more concerned about their wallets instead of what is good for our city. hopefully he will end up back in jail where he belongs. I have never encountered a more unethical, selfish, vile human being in my life. I hope he does not pay his taxes so that he can go back to jail where he belongs. What a piece!

Re: “UPDATE: City agrees to pay PERA $190 million

Bach has been a nightmare since he was elected by the "we don't want to pay taxes
on anything especially storm water ultra conservative tea baggers and over zealous republicans, doug, the felon bruce (he is not worthy of capitol letters), and all the other whiners who refuse to raise taxes to grow our city, attract jobs, and protect our infrastructure. They behave like whining toddlers and yet they have no trouble complaining about issues and challenges facing Colorado Springs! Bach is nothing more than the Koch brothers puppet. It is time for the citizens of Colorado Springs to step up and hold the Mayor and City Councils feet to the fire. They need to take action to improve our city, attract businesses, deal with storm water and many other issues that are not being addressed by Bach and his puppet masters. Colorado Springs has been my home for over 30 years and I hate to see what our corrupt leadership is doing to it. Shame on the idiots that elected Bach.

Re: “Utilities gets good review from employees

The survey team did not do a thorough job. I have worked at CSU for a while. Employees are reluctant to express their concerns, issues, etc. There is fear of retaliation. There is a very hostile work environment. We are doing more with less. I do not think the officer team/leadership team has a clue to what is really going on. Employees are extremely burned out. People do not take their breaks so that they do not fall further behind on their work. It is a very hostile work environment. There is back stabbing, secrecy, unethical behavior, and many others. Instead or promoting within CSU, they spend time and money, flying applicants out for interviews . There are times when they are 2nd and 3rd interviews which is paid for by our rates. Is there no one in Colorado Springs who can supervise people? Do they need to waste money and time on multiple interviews. These are supervisors not managers or CEO. It is very frustrating for employees when they hire someone from outside the organizations who is completely clueless and we use more of our time to train them which puts us further behind on our work.

Re: “Ain't no sunshine

Gurud get a life. You may have heard that on the radio but there was not enough factual information to form an intelligent opinion, the operative word is "intelligent". Unfortunately the majority of the citiziens tend to read the gazette and and treat the information like it was factual and accurate, which many times it is not especially with the new owners of the gazette. People are so quick to condemn CSU without understanding the operations, legal requirements, and many other rules and regulations that govern the way they operate. I would suggest you attend some utilities board meetings and try to educate yourself so that you can make an intelligent opinion not just something you heard on the radio.

Re: “Bach's final, or finest, hour?

I can not wait until Bach moves on. He is a lying corrupt mayor who's main interests is to help his developer buddies to increase their financial gain and influence which eventually will trickle down to Bach and buddies. He is not an ethical or trust worthy person. He does not seem focused on the economy or job growth. The reason we are not growing our economy is because our reputation . There is a lot of dysfunction, lack of trust, monetary waste. We live in a beautiful city, unfortunately our reputation is very negative and dysfunctional. Bach needs to put the needs of the citizens and our city before padding Jenkins and other developer's pockets.

Re: “UPDATE: 'Dirty tricks' alleged against Sheriff Maketa

I went to Widefield high school with Paula and Terry we carpooled together on occasion. I can not believe how arrogant, corrupt and criminal they are now. I am disgusted at their corrupt and manipulating behavior. Terry is not an attractive person. Paula was most likely attracted to him because of his status and power and the opportunity to gain favors and advance further in the sheriff's depatment. They are true narcissists and deserve all the consequences that hopefully will be coming their way. Paula is relatively attractive but the comptroller, really?!

Re: “After fleet, city will turn to the Fire Department for more savings

Bach needs to go. He is destroying our city. Companies are not going to relocate here with all the dysfunction, lack of transparency, corruption, and ties to the Koch brothers and the developers like Jenkins. He is nothing but a puppet who will do anything his puppet masters ask him to do regardless of the effect that it will have on our city and citizens. I did not vote for this corrupt mayor. Based on his behavior, allegiance to the developers and the Koch brothers, I knew it he was going to be a destructive and corrupt mayor. How are we going to grow our economy and attract businesses and jobs with this person (I would prefer to use stronger language but will adhere to the rules of the Indy). We need to seriously look at organizing a recall effort before he cripples our city, economy, and community.
