Hudson Review founder to read at CC

Poet Frederick Morgan, distinguished editor and co-founder of The Hudson Review, one of America's preeminent literary journals, will read from his work on Thursday, Oct. 12 at 7:30 p.m. in the Gates Common Room, Palmer Hall, Colorado College. The reading is free and open to the public.

Among Morgan's books of poems are A Book of Change and Poems for Paula. Critic Jay Parini, in the Times Literary Supplement, characterized Morgan as "a poet whose sane, civilized voice is both welcome and necessary."
