The West Side and OCC have been in serious need of new businesses, but those that fit the feel. A few more decent restaurants and non-divey bars would help immensely. There's no need for more liquor stores, convenience stores, or kitchy schlock shops. The whole time I lived there,I kept thinking something cool would happen and the West Side would be listed as a historic neighborhood. No such luck-heck, it took years just to fight to get some much needed drainage improvements. Good luck C-Springs! I hope you get better politicians next time around instead of the conservative nepotists who fail to represent anyone other than the upper white class in certain sections of town!
