Re: “Judge dismisses federal marijuana suit against Pueblo County and Colorado officials

With all this wrangling over the Laws and the SUPREMACY CLAUSE it may be wise to review the Truth. The United States Constitution is the Law of the Land, the United States Supreme Court is the interpreter of this Law. Simply that.. The US Supreme Court in GUAM v GUERRERO, 00-71247, decided 5-28-02, marijuana is a religiously protected herb IF religion develops an interest, FURTHER, the Court MANDATES the full power of the Federal Government to protect Citizen's State Constitutional Religious Rights. It is exactly that simple.. The LAW Of The LAND, 1st Amendment Religious Freedoms, each state has a Citizen's Bill of Rights where Religious Rights are more thoroughly developed. BIBLE, Genesis 1:29 GOD gives man dominion over all things green and seeded and the fruit of the trees for his use.. no restriction for food, fuel, clothing, construction materials, medicine and recreationally. Any action by any portion of the federal government to develop any control will be "IN CONTEMPT OF THE US SUPREME COURT", if they were informed of this it would become Deliberate Indifference through a Knowing Deliberate Act, from what I've been told by others this may be a disbarrable action and would make any and all public employees and officials barred from further public service.
