Re: “Thanks for nothing

****** I FIGURED OUT A WAY TO GET PAST THE BUSY SIGNAL *******

It mearly requires you call a different number and then when it asks you to enter the extension of the person you are trying to reach you enter the Customer Service Ext.

EXAMPLE:
I called 303-318-9100 (I think employers number for UI).
Once you get into the system and through all the BS that doesn’t apply to us Benifits receivers, it will say “If you know the extension of the person you are tryihg to reach you may enter it at any time” They use Cisco VoIP and have a 5 digit extension. The FOREVER BUSY number of 303-318-9000 would be 89000 as an extension. Once I entered that ext. I was taken to the proper place and was able to repeat this process 3 times in a row skipping the busy signal all together!!!!

I KNOW THAT WILL HELP!!! lol Enjoy!!
