Re: “Judge dismisses federal marijuana suit against Pueblo County and Colorado officials

Amendment 64 passed. Get over it, and stop impeding the development of new jobs and companies. Filing frivolous lawsuits only tie up courts and waste my tax money. The lie has been busted, so get out there and grow some hemp, and join in on reaping the environmental and monetary rewards of a 21 billion dollar industry, that every other industrialized nation doesn't have a problem with. Then there's the medical and recreational sides of cannabis, breaking ground in cancer treatment that works.

Re: “Upcoming events, the counties want money and more

Too bad, so sad. The only effect these counties will have from the sales will be the portion they get for their schools and that's it. The rest is people sitting in their homes with the goodies they purchased in another county, not effecting the prohibitionists in their county. No retail, no spoils, you missed out. Think about it when you're repealing your moratoriums when Denver, Larimer and Boulder counties are making bank and able to finance municipal projects.

Re: “No pot stops: El Paso County bans recreational-marijuana shops

Interesting how county commissioners have the power to wipe out citizen votes, the will of the people. Weld county did the same thing. With this sort of thing happening, I suppose the commissioners will also turn down any of the tax money derived from recreational cannabis? Looks like their jobs could be on the line when other counties are bringing in the big bucks and being able to lower their unemployment numbers. All these commissioners have done is made sure no one will have access to a job in the cannabis industry. Such myopia, near blindness.
